How the Easy Parking website and mobile app (App Store, Google Play) collect, use and protect your personal information.

Introduction

Easy Parking (address: Ulaanbaatar city, Sukhbaatar district, 1st khoroo, Enkh Taivan Avenue-35), referred to as "we" or "us", explains in this policy how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the Easy Parking mobile application and website (the "App").
This policy is written in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Mongolia.
By using the App you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

Data you provide: full name, mobile phone number, email address
Vehicle registration (licence plate) number, make and colour
For corporate users, employer and workplace details
Data collected automatically: entry and exit times, duration of stay, and the parking facility used
Licence plate images captured by the barrier cameras and the recognition result
Transaction history, amounts charged, and the payment method type (we do not store full card numbers or CVV codes)
Device model, operating system, app version, IP address and error logs
With your permission, device location — used only to show nearby parking facilities

To reserve a space, open the barrier and authorise your exit
To calculate charges, take payment and issue receipts
To provide customer support and investigate disputed transactions
To detect and fix faults, maintain security and prevent fraud
To comply with our obligations under applicable law
Where you have given separate consent, to send offers and service announcements — you can withdraw this consent at any time

Cameras installed at the entry and exit barriers automatically read vehicle registration numbers and match them against registered users in order to control the barrier
The cameras process only the vehicle registration plate. No facial recognition is used
Images are deleted automatically after 45 days. Images relating to an open dispute or investigation are retained until the matter is resolved
Signage at the facility informs drivers that the area is under camera surveillance
Access to the images is restricted to authorised staff only

We do not sell your personal data
Payment providers — to process transactions
Messaging providers — to send verification codes and notifications
Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store data
Analytics and crash-reporting providers — to keep the App stable
Competent authorities — where required by a lawful request
These parties are bound by contract to use the data only for the purposes we specify and to keep it confidential

Account data — for as long as the account is active, then removed from backups within 30 days
Transactions and receipts — 10 years, as required by accounting legislation
Camera images — 45 days
Technical logs — 90 days

We protect data in transit with TLS encryption
We restrict server-side access on a need-to-know basis
We log all access to personal data
If personal data is lost or accessed without authorisation, we will notify the affected individuals and the competent authority within the period required by law

Access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy
Have incorrect or incomplete data corrected
Request erasure of your data or restriction of its processing
Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time
Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the App at Settings → Account → Delete account
You can also request deletion without installing the App by contacting info@easyparking.mn or calling 7227 8998
On deletion, your account details and vehicle records are removed immediately. Transaction records are retained for the period required by accounting law

The App is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data
If we learn that we have, we delete it without delay

At present, the servers and databases we use are located within Mongolia, so your data is not transferred abroad
If this changes in the future, we will update this policy in advance and notify you

We may update this policy when necessary
For material changes we will notify you in advance through the App and publish the new effective date
